• No returns or exchanges are available on any of our products. In the highly unlikely event that your item should have a manufacturing defect please reach out to us at toffeegoods@gmail.com for us to arrange a custom solution.
• In the event that you should encounter a manufacturing defect, you must ensure that you reach out to us at toffeegoods@gmail.com within 4 days of receiving your order. Please note that after this period lapses, we will not be able to entertain any claims and/or requests at this time.
